Innes Red Heavyweight Tartan is a soft, red, brown and yellow based tartan. Woven using 100% British Wool this tartan is available for made to measure products and accessories.

This Clan was to be located in Moray as early as 12th century. In 1160 Malcolm IV granted a charter to Berowald, of the lands of Innes, which was thus adopted by his grandson. Robert, the 20th Chief of the Innes Clan, was made a Baronet in 1625. In 1767, the lands of Innes were sold by Sir James, 6th Baronet to the Earl of Fife. Sir James took the Scottish titles of the family when the 4th Duke of Roxburgh died. He took the name Ker and became the 5th Duke of Roxburgh. James Earl Innes, 6th Duke of Innes was born.
