Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Expo Tartan, we are so confident that you will love our kilts that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Go ahead, give us a try. Once you try it on, you won’t want to give it back. However, if you do not love our kilts as much as we do the first time you tried them on, send them back for a full refund of your original order.

General Return Guidelines

Expo Tartan accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in salable condition:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Accompanied by a Return Form and the original invoice.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging materials.

Important Policy Details

  • Refund Method: All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment card you provided while purchasing.

  • Shipping Costs: Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping items back to our facility is at your own expense, using the shipping carrier of your choice.

  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for damages due to shipping & handling, or regular wear & wash.

  • Delivery Security: Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery; we are not responsible for stolen or lost orders that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

  • System Integrity: Customers with an exploitative return pattern will be flagged by our system.

Defective Goods & Wrong Items

If you receive defective or wrong items, please contact us at our email sales@expotartan.com with full details, and we’ll gladly start an investigation.

Note: Customers reporting false claims will not be tolerated and may be banned from future purchases at our discretion.

Processing Timelines

  • Return Processing: Returns are processed within approximately 2 weeks (14 business days).

  • Approval: Once the return has been approved, an exchange or refund will be initiated.

  • Refund Arrival: Please note that once processed, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.

How to Return by Mail

To return your items, please follow these steps:

  1. Pack the items: Package your unworn items, with original tags, using the original packing provided.

  2. Include Documentation: Ensure the original invoice and return form are inside the package.
