1. Expo Tartan is an Ecommerce Site

Expo Tartan sells kilts, custom highland wear, and related accessories. We operate our own mill to ensure quality and authenticity in every product.

Expo Tartan reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

4. Payment

Payment through the site will be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit/debit cards, or PayPal. Expo Tartan terms require payment in full at the time the order is placed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Ready Made Items: You may cancel orders for "Ready Made" items before you receive a shipping notification by contacting our support team.

  • Custom Items: Items which are "Custom" or bespoke may not be cancelled once the production process has begun at our mill or once the product has left our supplier.

6. No Unlawful or Prohibited Activity

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use www.expotartan.com strictly in accordance with these terms. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Expo Tartan that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Expo Tartan and protected by copyright and other laws. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content found on the Site.
