One of the most personal of the tartans created by the designer is the Aichberger, K & Ansorge Personal Tartan in honor of the designer's beloved grandparents Konrad Aichberger and Elisabeth Ansorge. Each color, stripe or line carries the history of their family through the generations.
The colours of the flags from their towns and regions of origin is Red, White & Gold.
🟡 Five central gold & brown lines signifying their five loved children,
⬛ Four black lines (each three times the width of the gold stripes) — symbolising their twelve grandchildren, four sets of three siblings
A tartan not for a clan or a country, but for a family. A loving, memento- and meaningful family portrait that can go anywhere!
Care Instructions
