Abercrombie Tartan Fabric

The Abercrombie Tartan has been a Scotland tartan which is deeply engrained in the historical background of the Abercrombie family. It was officially registered with the Scottish Tartan Authority in 1957 although its beginnings are in the 18th century. The clan was mainly from the Fife district and were renowned for their prowess and valour in battle all through Scottish history. The tartan was originally worn by people of the clan in order to identify or stand loyal to their chief.

Dry clean recommended for best results. Hand wash gently in cold water where needed. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Iron on low heat with a pressing cloth to maintain fabric structure and color vibrancy.
